Stephen Reed, owner and director of the renowned Ballet Arts Center for Dance NYC, enriches his teaching with an impressive Broadway background. Stephen Reed provides a professional's insight into the world of theatre dance, an excellent opportunity for dancers to prepare for Broadway-level auditions. His classes cover choreography from legendary Broadway choreographers such as Robbins, DeMille, Fosse, Lynne, Stroman, Marshall, and Ashford. Classes highlights have included original Broadway choreography from hit shows like: Prom, On A Clear Day, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Dancin’, Spamalot, Billy Elliot, In The Heights, Wicked, All Shook Up, Cry Baby, Hairspray, Mama Mia, The Wedding Singer, Lion King, Mary Poppins, Music Man, Pajama Game, Chicago, Damn Yankees, Annie, West Side Story, On The Town, South Pacific.
